DURBAN SHORT COURSE – OUT OF THE BOX – CREATIVE PLANNING FOR CREATIVE ACTIVITIES

From Head Office – Phumlile Mkhulise
I grew up in a very poor rural background, sometimes going to sleep without something to eat. My self esteem was very low. I was working as a cleaner for different companies, sick and my hope was totally lost. But when I came to work at Caversham Institute, my life became better every day. They hired me as a photocopy lady but sent me to do a receptionist course. Now I am assistant administrator and I have a learners’ license which I never thought would be possible.
Thank you Caversham Institute for bringing hope where there was none, for making me the better person I am today. If it was not for Caversham it would be no more me today.
I have one and a half years service but it feels like I’ve been working here for 10 years. I don’t have the good words to say how happy I am.
Thank you, I have really found a home at Caversham Institute!
